Zinc bromide 96% crystalline powder, mainly for operational fluids for offshore oil wells, such as well finishing liquid, well repair liquid, stationary liquid etc. Zinc Bromide 72% clear brine, by itself or with other bromide or chloride salts, is used in oiland gas well completions and workover operations. It is primarily used where high density (up to 21 lb/ US gallon) is required and/or where other divalent ion more neutral pH solutions will cause precipitation of Carbonates and/or Sulphate salts thus impairing oil/gas production.
